I've been posting to instagram since DA is downright difficult on a mobile platform. But I do have that going for me, at least. I can be found by the same username as here, if you're interested!

I'm giving up on the computer rig. It's been almost 2 years, and I just don't have the time to invest into making this thing work. So hopefully, I can get the parts sold for enough to get me something functional and I can get back to doing what I love doing... hopefully...

which, naturally, means no art'ing on the internet. MANUAL ARTING FOR ME NOW!

Real life does that to ya, ya know?

Anyways, I've been strongly encouraged by a small number of people to go more into illustration than ever before. Maybe this might go somewhere??? We'll see; the scant time for silly things might be expanding a bit more by the end of next week, so it's a possibility. On the other hand, it may be entirely consumed by my recent obsession with the tower build. And on the other hand of that, I may not have the cash flow for the rest of it for a month or so... (internal depression and angst!! D:>)

Well, I decided to take a taste of inspiration via: www.youtube.com/watch?v=-7JOa3… ,instead of working on said tower piece.
Doodling out a piece that might go somewheres. Maybe, like 98% if my other work, it'll just sit and occupy folder space for an eternity, forever incomplete.

We'll see.

I think once I've got the line work decided on, I'll jump into coloring the tower's piece. That's very exciting for me, at the moment. So many silly memes and references I want to stick in there!!! ^_^

Things have been steadily improving... had a job, lost it, have a new job, some positive prospects... still living with the folks, but at least I'm not free falling any more. On the positive, I've had a little bit of time on my hands to really make the creativity fly. I've been cooking from scratch a lot more too (because I'm pooooor!), which is always a good way to learn something new, I suppose.
As usual, the old projects lay forgotten and incomplete, and I can barely look back at them without cringing and frustratingly trying to fix them.

And then giving up.

So here's to the next project! XD

You all will be impressed. It's not going to be just a drawing this time. So maybe I'll finish the drawing, but not the plating. *that's a hint*

Can't get an apartment in the city because of a lack of rental history (the fuck?)... so I'm forced to stay with my folks, in a small town. Where I can't find a job. And the loans are ever looming, the interest rates ever climbing... why the hell does the world work like this?

If anyone's interested, I might start up a commission practice, just so I can... you know, afford gas money to keep looking for a job... :/
